APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES
Packages are shipped within 7-15 business days. Some orders may take longer, up to 10-20 business days.
Delayed Delivery - In very rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping times and unexpected delays in transit, and we ask for your understanding and patience if this occurs. In such cases, we will reship a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (4-11 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders typically take 4-7 business days to be fully processed (checked, packaged, forwarded to logistics, and taken to the post office).
